- 客户开发与维护/Customer Development and Maintenance
- 通过多种渠道(如国际电商平台、搜索引擎、行业展会等)主动开发海外新客户,拓展业务覆盖面,收集潜在客户信息,建立并完善客户资源库。
Actively develop new overseas customers through multiple channels (such as international e-commerce platforms, search engines, industry exhibitions, etc.), expand the business coverage, collect potential customer information, and establish and improve the customer resource database.
- 与现有客户保持密切、良好的沟通,及时回复客户咨询,跟进客户订单进展,处理客户反馈的问题,提高客户满意度和忠诚度,确保长期稳定的合作关系。
Keep close and good communication with existing customers, reply to customer inquiries in a timely manner, follow up the progress of customer orders, handle the problems fed back by customers, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure a long-term and stable cooperative relationship.
- 业务洽谈与订单跟进/Business Negotiation and Order Follow-up
- 负责与海外客户进行商务洽谈,包括产品介绍、报价、条款协商等工作,熟练运用商务英语准确传达公司产品优势和合作意向,争取达成合作订单。
Be responsible for conducting business negotiations with overseas customers, including product introduction, quotation, term negotiation and other work. Skillfully use business English to accurately convey the company's product advantages and cooperation intentions, and strive to reach cooperative orders.
- 跟进订单的整个流程,协调公司内部各部门(如生产部门、物流部门等),确保订单按时、按质、按量完成交付,及时处理订单执行过程中出现的各类突发情况,如生产延误、运输问题等。
Follow up the whole process of orders, coordinate with various internal departments of the company (such as the production department, logistics department, etc.) to ensure that orders are completed and delivered on time, with good quality and quantity. Timely handle all kinds of unexpected situations that occur during the execution of orders, such as production delays and transportation problems.
- 市场调研与分析/Market Research and Analysis
- 关注国际市场动态,收集、分析同行业竞争对手的相关信息,包括产品特点、价格策略、市场份额等,为公司产品的优化升级、营销策略制定提供有价值的参考依据。
Pay attention to the dynamics of the international market, collect and analyze relevant information of competitors in the same industry, including product features, price strategies, market share, etc., and provide valuable reference basis for the optimization and upgrading of the company's products and the formulation of marketing strategies.
- 研究目标市场的政策法规、文化习俗、消费需求等方面的变化,协助公司把握市场机会,调整业务方向,增强公司在国际市场上的竞争力。
Research the changes in policies, regulations, cultural customs and consumer demands of the target market, assist the company to seize market opportunities, adjust the business direction and enhance the company's competitiveness in the international market.
任职要求/Qualifications
- 教育背景:本科及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语、外语类或相关专业优先考虑。
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in International Trade, Business English, Foreign Languages or related fields are preferred.
- 语言能力:具备流利的英语听说读写能力,能够熟练运用英语与国外客户进行商务沟通和邮件往来,有其他小语种能力(如西班牙语、法语、德语等)者更佳。
Language Skills: Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and be able to skillfully use English to conduct business communication and email exchanges with foreign customers. Those with abilities in other foreign languages (such as Spanish, French, German, etc.) are more preferred.
- 工作经验:有3年及以上外贸业务相关工作经验,熟悉外贸业务流程,有独立开发客户和处理订单的成功案例者优先录用;优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。
Work Experience: Have 3 years or more of relevant work experience in foreign trade business, be familiar with the foreign trade business process, and those with successful cases of independently developing customers and handling orders will be given priority in recruitment. Outstanding fresh graduates are also considered.
- 专业技能:熟练掌握常用的外贸办公软件及工具,如 Office 办公软件、邮件客户端等;熟悉国际电商平台(如阿里巴巴国际站、环球资源等)的操作与运营规则。
Professional Skills: Be proficient in commonly used foreign trade office software and tools, such as Office software, email clients, etc.; be familiar with the operation and operation rules of international e-commerce platforms (such as Alibaba.com, Global Sources, etc.).
- 综合素质:具备较强的沟通协调能力、谈判能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神;工作认真负责,有良好的客户服务意识和敏锐的市场洞察力;能够适应出差参加国内外展会等工作安排。
